We have had complaint's before but nothing major just little like ordering a stuffed crust pizza but it wasn't stuffed crust when we had it. They apologized and have never forgotten since. We wasn't charged extra. All I can say about the bad reviews is either they are fake or it was bad timing and new people was working. Always happy to help with genuine complaints and couldn't do more to put things right in my experience. Sometimes it could be how you put yourself across. If you complain guns firing expect ricochet. ”
